The Little Biscuit Bakery was started as an educational project during Parkside School's spring term of 2008. Friends had begun calling and asking to be able to purchase batches of home-baked Olivia's Best Cookies or Whole Wheat Pepperoni Rolls to take to various functions... and so a vision was born.
The family began to make a few select items available to friends on a first-come, first-served email order basis. Their venture has since grown into a small home business which the students of Parkside School operate.
